How does pricing work? Is it per user?
Each plan includes a set number of users. You pay a flat monthly or annual fee — no per-seat surprises. Annual plans save you roughly 17% compared to monthly.
Are GST invoices included on every plan?
Basic GST tax invoices are available on all plans. GST e-Invoicing (IRP integration) and e-way bill generation are included from the Pro plan onwards.
Is there a mobile app for field staff?
A mobile-optimised web experience is available on all plans. A dedicated driver portal — for route assignments and proof-of-delivery — is available from Pro.
How is my data secured?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each tenant's data is logically isolated. We run on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with regular automated backups.
